CANCELLATION POLICY • All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations with less than 24h notice will result in a 50% charge. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value. LATE POLICY We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than that, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened, and will still be charged.
